1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AlphaView (alphaview.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. AlphaView is operated by Prince Singh ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use AlphaView. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@alphaview.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Not Investment Advice

AlphaView is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

All AI-generated outputs — including stock analysis, portfolio suggestions, tax insights, and financial health scores — are for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from actions taken based on AlphaView's outputs.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • AlphaView offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. AI Credits, Top-ups, and Carry-over

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit grant that resets on your billing-cycle anniversary. You may also purchase top-up credit packs on any plan. The following rules govern how those balances are kept, spent, and expire:

  • Order of consumption. AI actions debit your monthly grant first, then your other credits (carried-over, purchased, referral and bonus) in soonest-expiring-first order.
  • Spendable on any plan. Purchased top-ups, referral bonuses, admin grants and carried-over credits are spendable on any plan, including Free. Top-up packs can be purchased on any plan. Credits are not refundable in cash except as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • Twelve-month expiry. Every credit other than the monthly grant — purchased top-ups, referral bonuses, admin grants and carried-over credits — expires twelve (12) months after it is added to your account. Expiry is calculated per batch of credits from its own date. Once expired, credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be restored.
  • Monthly grant. The monthly grant is use-it-or-lose-it within its billing period. If you are on a paid plan when your billing cycle renews, the unused portion of that cycle's grant is carried over as credits that then expire twelve (12) months later.
  • Plan changes are credit-neutral. Cancelling, downgrading or lapsing to Free does not freeze or forfeit any credits you already hold — they remain spendable until their own twelve-month expiry.
  • Account closure. Deleting your account erases all credit balances — monthly, carried-over, and top-up — without refund.
  • No cash equivalence. AI credits are a service entitlement, not a stored-value instrument. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for refund except where required by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AlphaView for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent financial documents.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its APIs.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to AlphaView features.
  • Use automated tools to abuse AI quotas or rate limits.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models on AlphaView are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded financial data. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the service to you.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of AlphaView is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with DPDPA 2023.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaView and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently erased.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of AlphaView after changes constitutes acceptance.
