DPDPA 2023 rights
To exercise your right to data export, deletion, or consent withdrawal under DPDPA 2023, email us with subject "Data Request" or use the self-service options in Settings > Privacy.
Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible — all your data is erased immediately.
I was charged twice / I see an unexpected charge.
Email support@alphaview.in with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. Duplicate charges are refunded in full within 2 business days.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Export Data. You can download all your data in JSON or CSV format.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256), hosted in India (AWS Mumbai), and uploaded files are deleted within 5 minutes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
